Negotiations continue over big premium increases for county and local workers
The Murphy administration struck a deal last month to reduce health insurance premium increases for state workers from a planned 18% down to 3%, with the state taking on the rest of the financial burden. But the higher premiums remain on the table for county and local workers, and unions say negotiations are still ongoing.
