On Oct. 17, Chicago teachers and support staff will walk off the job if a contract deal isn’t reached. Negotiations are still underway, but the two sides appear to be at odds. Joining us to talk about those negotiations and the impact of a potential strike are Mayor Lori Lightfoot and Chicago Public Schools CEO Janice Jackson.
