Former Gov. Jim Doyle discusses the impact of the lame duck legislation.

Former Gov. Jim Doyle has dealt with transitions between Republican to Democratic administrations and vice versa, and has been critical of legislative Republican's lame duck package. He says the elections are "about giving the citizens the confidence," which the legislation undermines. "It's being a sore loser, it's being mad that you lost," Doyle says.
